Former
Horse Farm Now an Elegant Active Adult Community
A rich horse-breeding heritage, a top-rated golf
course and a small-town ambiance, all found on
1,000 lush acres along the Chesapeake Bay, make
this age-targeted, master-planned community a
place many soon-to-be retirees and retirees will
want to call home. Named after the first
thoroughbred ever brought to the United States,
Bulle Rock sits on an old horse farm and names its
streets and neighborhoods after race horses and
famous race tracks. Not too long ago,
some of the nation's finest racers were galloping
through the rolling hills surrounding this
graceful gated community.
