Bulle Rock is an up and coming resort
with plans to build 25 separate but connected
neighborhoods. When building is complete
(2012 is the scheduled completion date), 2100
single-family homes, town homes and condominiums
will cluster around the 7,375 yard, Pete
Dye-designed championship golf course (the 2005
McDonald's LPGA Championship took place
here). Planned amenities include a
residents-only marina and yacht club, a
two-story, 37,000 square foot community center
